Gearfest 2023/2024

Whilst interning at Dolby in 2023, I worked at the Dolby exhibition at Tileyard's trade show "GearFest". This was my first time actively demonstrating Dolby technologies and really re-inforced my ability to independently discuss and show off the variety of technologies. This was a great experience for learning the ropes of partnership management, as a variety of Atmos mixers were in attendance.

Then in 2024, I was given the task of project managing Dolby's exhibition at "GearFest". I organised speakers to sit on panel discussions for Sound on Sound magazine, a full atmos studio with ADM's and a pro-tools session, the demo car, and a living room set-up using two sonos and having headphone experiences as well. I was in charge of getting the licensing for ADM's, scheduling everyones time, organising strudio sessions. Overall, this event was a success with a large footfall and great connections created.
